Hi everyone, it seems hard to figure out where the problem is when your IPL/laser handle doesn’t work normally and shows simmer fails in control system. Here are some solutions for you.
Firstly, if your IPL handle has worked for a long time and already shot for more than 30,000 shoots (different handles have different shoots guarantee), please change another IPL handle to have a try. It is mostly due to the lamp of the handle is too old which will lead to electric leakage that cause some parts burned. So we highly recommend you to apply a good quality of the IPL handle, otherwise, please change the handle in time.
Secondly, when we are sure the handle is totally okay, please disassemble your machine and check if the indicator lamp of the IPL power supply is lighting, if not, please confirm first that the power supply is charged by the 110V/220V with your multimeter testing, then it should be the 12V module is broken and you need a new one. If the indicator lamp is lighting, it may because of the wrong connection between the power supply and control board and you need a detailed diagram on how to connect it correctly from your supplier.
